Quinrica Sumhal was a Star Wars Human and governor hand picked by the Galactic Empire to maintain order and take control of the Samahaki ruins of North Africa on Earth, in 2021, he would rule the town for about 3 years up until the Earth Resistance's assault on the Sahara Desert on May 14th, 2024, where the Resistance launched a full fledge attack against the Samahaki Settlement and eliminated him.
His death was known to be the first time that the Earth Resistance has ever eliminated an Imperial governmental figure, along with the complete Liberation of the Samahaki Settlement that same day.
Though the Galactic Empire was able to reclaim Sumhal's capital settlement, the Resistance's job was accomplished, as the death of Quinrica Sumhal led to the massive downfall of Galactic Imperial leadership within the Samahaki area, a section that would soon become liberated by the Earth Resistance a day later on May 15th, 2024.
He was eventually replaced as Governor of the Samahaki Ruins by Governess Anniyan Lonostan a 6 days after the Battle of the Sahara, though the actual fate of Sumhal's Settlement that was attacked on the first day of the Battle of the Sahara was never officially declared following the end of the Sahara Campaign on May 16th, 2024.
